You *might* be able to. But it would be lots of hassle not to mention that you would be pretty much on your own, since we have no experience of it. I suggest you just use a different box running a unix variant to run Hylafax. Hardware is so cheap these days, that it is easier to use the "thin server" concept - i.e. a machine to provide a specific function.
