[hylafax-users] faxstat -r doesn't show incoming faxes

This is a repost. Please help me.

Since I upgraded the hylafax version, faxstat -r stopped showing the
new incoming faxes.

The faxes are being received and I'm able to read them but
I don't see them in the listing nor when I connect with ftp to the
port 4559.

What can I do ? Thank you for your time.
