MacFlex - see http://www.eats.com/MacFlex/ 
Note: MacFlex requires the use of the "old" protocol/ports.
/etc/init.d/hylafax (on some OSes) needs changes. See
http://www.hylafax.org/archive/2000-08/msg00356.php and
http://www.hylafax.org/archive/2000-08/msg00409.php. There may be security
issues with this configuration, however. See
http://www.hylafax.org/archive/2000-08/msg00421.php.
