Hi,
AVM has created a capi 2.0 interface for their isdn-Cards,
and 2 daemons for communication with hylafax.
for the AVM B1 Faxing works fine with this solution,
but i haven't tryed the Fritz! card yet. But i think it should work
without much trouble. 
But be warned, AVM say's the fritz! card produced much systemload
when sending or receiving faxes under linux.
