Hi,

it would be good ,if you give some informations like exact modem
version (including firmware version), version of HylaFAX and
which faxclient you use (if WHFC, check out the WHFC FAQ you
will find there probably the answer).
Also some logs may help here. Please check out the trouble
shooting section on www.hylafax.org
