Use the hylafax-4.1beta2-5rh6.i386.rpm file from the ftp site...
(ftp://ftp.hylafax.org)  You may have to hunt a little for it.  I forgot
the exact location.

Before that, though, go to RedHat and get the libtiff-3.5.5 RPMs and upgrade.
