[hylafax-users] How to force fax cover usage?

Hi hylafax-users,

I have hylafax v4.0pl2 on SuSE 6.3 compiled with gcc 2.95.2.
The server is running well, but I want that a fax cover sheet
containing the users name is always sent for identification
purposes. I dont want the users to be able to turn this feature off.
How could this be done?
