[hylafax-users] Blocked Faxes

I send out around 200 faxes a night, on two modem lines.  Several faxes
are destined for the same number, but are to different people and
contain different information.   The jobs get queued up, and the first
fax to the number goes out, and the rest get a status of 'B' blocked by
another job.   The status then remains that way for several hours, and
the jobs are never retried, and eventually they just disappear from the
queue.  They sometimes get marked with a status of 'D' but show no
retries, I can't see why they should remain blocked after the other jobs
send.  When I do manual tests of multiple faxes to the same number, if
they are the only faxes in queue, then they all get sent, but when mixed
with other faxes to other destinations they are never retried.
