[hylafax-users] Hylafax, Redhat 6.2 Help

I have set up everything with a usr 33.6 external modem and everything works
fine except the document doesn't appear to be faxing. I am sending out of
word 2000 -> Redmon -> w2hfax and I know the ps file is getting sent to the
server cause it winds up in the queue dir and has data in it. When it gets
sent, I get the phone number at the top of the page but just some small
black squares at the top left instead of the doc. I have tried sending just
a ps file using w2hfax and I get even less (no black squares), But I think
its because the file is a pcl file and needs to be converted. I look at the
log and one of the lines says SEND file "docq/doc19.ps;31" So I think that
maybe the ps file isn't getting converted to tiff. Any help would be
appreciated
