Hmmm... if you had read the mailing lists you would have learned that
4.02pl2 is not current, and that RedHat 6.2 has libtiff-3.5.4 which *won't*
work with that HylaFAX version anyway (you're seeing that now).  rpm -e
hylafax and rpm -Uvh this one:

ftp://ftp.hylafax.org/hylafax/hylafax-4.1/binary/linux/redhat/RPMS/i386/hyla
fax-4.1beta2-5rh6.i386.rpm
