[hylafax-users] Can't receive fax

Hello,
I got problems on receiving faxes. I have:
SuSe Linux 6.4 (probably latest version, because hylafax is included)
Hylafax 4.1 beta 2 - 66
Elsa 56k Internet c
Uart 16550A
Board Asus dual proc (133Mhz)

I tried:
The 56k Internet modem
An older Elsa microlink 28.8
An USR sportstar flash
Ihe faxmodem scripts for Elsa (two different because I tried two modems) that I
found here at hylafax.
Different cables
The modems on both ports (ttyS0 and ttyS1)

I get always the almost same log (with every combination):

the USR hangs at begin page the other elsa sends trigger 022

because of the very similar log the modem might not be source. There was a
posting from Michael moeller in 1998. He wrote that the Uart 16550A could be
responsible. So he changed from bi- to uni-directional during fax receive. How?
With the faxmodem script? But that should have worked with my modem too.
So I don't know were to search and what to change anymore.

May be you have an idea
Thanks
