Oh, no ... :-) I realize that you use Hylafax without my patches, but even
then Hylafax does *not* send RTC in Class 2 by default
(Class2SendRTC=no). Have you enabled it your config.modem???

Hmm, looks like that we have to wait for "OK" after "AT+FET=2"
(people who own EIA/TIA-592, can you check this?) Just another
Hylafax bug?

3.4 seconds? Pretty normal.
