flexfax: could not open document (multiple documents all at priority 0)

I am receiving the error could not open document and I think it is related
to another problem I was having regarding could not complete before
appointed deadline.  All my jobs were being cancelled after 3 hours so I
added -k "now +3 days" on the sendfax command line and I also had -P 0 to
set the priority for this group of 250 jobs.  Of the 250 jobs 36 failed
because of could not open document.  I was reading the list and it appeared
there was a patch for this when sending copies of the same document.  My
batch of 250 used 250 distinct documents.

Can anyone suggest a fix?
