I can't see why there would be any Windows postscript drivers that generated bi-level postscript. Drivers which aren't specifically for colour printers, or have colour turned off in their properties, will generate grayscale images on suitable applications (IE4 generated colour even to nominally black and white printers). I vaguely remember a printer property to cause solid colours to be output as black, rather than a proportionate gray.
