flexfax: Problem with WHFC-Ole

I just loaded WHFC on two windows 98 computers and get the following
error:

		WHFCMON
		WHFC-OLE server not found


I loaded the same version of WHFC on two more windows 95 computers
without problems.  Does anyone can poit me on the right direction?
