flexfax: HyLaFAX not converting to TIFF

Greetings!

I have strange problem..every since I have compiled/installed HyLaFAX 
Beta2, I had no problems(well a few) sending/receiving faxes for about a 
month. However, I cannot send a fax...and  the fax is regular ASCII text.

Here is the output....any help would be appreciated.
