hfaxd -d -i 4559

There might be a bug when using hfaxd under inetd(8) in Hylafax 4.x.

Although the -d does force hfaxd not to detach from the terminal,
after it completes the transaction, it does not die. Then, on the next
fax request, inetd spawns another hfaxd, and so on.
