Jobs not getting sent

Hi--

I have a new install of hylafax on Linux.  Faxstat reports everything
running fine:

HylaFAX scheduler on snappy.XXX.com: Running
Modem ttyC7 (1.302.652.XXXX): Running and idle
Modem ttyC6 (+1.302.652.XXXX): Running and idle

But none of my documents ever make it out of my queue.  I'm not sure what
to do.  Any help would be appreciated.
