Probably not a real issue, but none of the characters in your local
identifier are valid in local identifiers.  The intended local 
identifier is the sending fax number in international format, and
only those characters needed to do that are legal.

This nomrmally happens when you try to send a zero page document,
suggesting that there is a problem with converting your document
to GIFF fax group 3 format.

[ Please fix your mail program to send plain text and only plain text
  when sending to people with whom you haven't made prior arrangements for
  other formats. ]
