flexfax: trying to install

hi group;
I'm kind of linux newbee here, and I'm trying to install hylafax on a
new install of Mandrake 7.0.   It's based on RH 6.2.  gcc version
2.95.2.   Running the rpm install produces the following error:

file /usr/bin/faxrm from install of hylafax-4.1beta1-1rh6 conflicts with
file from package mgetty-sendfax-1.1.21-4mdk
<snip>

Where do I go from here?
