flexfax: I don't like USR modems me too!

I had a el-cheapo GVC modem that I changed to a USR modem.

After having executed the faxaddmodem, i found that, by default, my gvc was
able to dispatch a fax or data call, and my USR was not able ! I had to add
a line to the config.ttyS0 file, that I found in my old config.ttyS0 from my
GVC modem !
