flexfax: LinkSys combo PCMCIA Class 2 error messages?

Hello,
	tried my LinkSys 10/100 + 56 k combo PCMCIA at Class 2, and I got these
error messages at bootup.  What are they?  How does a guy learn what line from
what file is being accessed, so as to track an error message at bootup?  And
LF560MX is not my modem.  Is there a file I can edit to change modem name?
 Better yet, modem specifications?
