flexfax: "Unspecified Transmit Phase C error"

	I'm on a Linux machine, kernel 2.2.13, and am running version
4.1beta2 of Hylafax, on an Intel 144/144e faxmodem with a Rockwell 144DP
chipset. ("Dec 21 16:44:12 cepheus FaxGetty[4098]: MODEM EXAR ROCKWELL

	When sending a fax, it gives me the following error...
