flexfax: Prevent fax via sendmail.cf of doing mailer fax died with signal 13

Hi!

I've got some problems using that hylafax as a mail2fax now.
I used it now for 1.5 yrs as a webbased fax with an improved formmail.pl
(formfax.pl now :-) )
and now I wanna use it as a real mail2fax.
I usually have to get my clients to mail their own sub-domain (e.g.
0123456789@client200.domain.com)

1.) how do I get that thing really workin easy ? I now read about dozens
of mails and pages ...
    Thing is : My clients may wanna use their own mail-servers, so they
do not use that hylafax-server at first!

2.) If I adress a fax myname@0123456789.FAX I get that error by
sendmail:
 CAA21639: SYSERR(root): mailer fax died with signal 13

how do I prevent it of doing that ?
I even have the effect that because of that sendmail tries and tries and
tries ... to send that mail  out to the hylafax correctly!


How do I fix that probs ?
