Hi,

WHFC can only send tiff-g3 or postscript files directly. If you 
want to send Word documents, then you have to convert the
Word documents via Word (there are good no external converters
available, even Microsoft is not capable of converting their
own documents ...).

Probably you can write some Macros for Word, wich loads first
the document in Word, prints it to the Fax printer and then
calls WHFC via the OLE interface. Have a look on the
WHFC documentation,  there are some examples available.
