flexfax: Authorization for reading fax.

Hi,

I'am using HylaFax 4.0pl2 on Linux 2.2.x. If I receive a fax I get 
a notification by mail (Exchange). In this mail a FTP-shortcut
(ftp://host:4559/recvq/blabla.tif)
to the fax is available.
Dubble-clicking the shortcut gives a 'The login request was denied'.

Is there a special user to be added and which authorization does
that user must have.

How knows??
