flexfax: AOpen modem

Hi,

A long while back (ie January) there was post about somebody having a
problem having a problem with the AOpen FM56-ITU modem.  The problem
was/is that it receives only the first 1/4 - 1/3 of a page.  Has anybody
found a way to fix this or should I chuck the modem and try another one.
