flexfax: File permissions in /var/spool/fax/bin - what is correct?

Hello:

I am still trying to get the system (4.01p1) to work correctly and at
this point, have changed so many things, I think I have lost track of
what is correct.

Are the permissions set correctly below:

The system seems to send me a report (due to the cron job) that states
everything is ok, it just does not work. All the deamons are running.
Should I give up and start all over again? It does receive faxes and
store them correctly, it just does not deliover them even if I have a
entry for delivery.
