flexfax: Dialrules

Is there a better dialrules example somewhere? Our company is in an
area with 2 local area codes. All we want to do is send hylafax a 10
digit number, and if the number doesn't begin with 612 or 651, we want
to add a 1 (longDistanceCode) to it. I can't seem to write a dialrules
set that will do this. Any suggestions?
