flexfax: help needed for dialing

Iam facing a problem with the hylafax. i've installed it properly and
the windows client down loaded from transcom.de , whfc software.
the client connects to the hylafax server properly and then sends the
jobs in the queue .
but the hylafax server never dials out to send faxes .
iamsending you the queue file as attachement .
please help me
