This depends on how you modified the faxrcvd script, doesn't it? You can use
it almost as is to transmit the Postscript as MIME attachments. But unless
your mail clients understand standard MIME (which Microsoft clients will screw
up and obscure at any possible opportunity in order to make Internet based
standards unusable while promising "compatibility"), and unless they have a
Macintosh installed Postscript viewer (such as ghostview, available
at ftp://ftp.cs.wisc.edu/pub/ghost/aladdin/), they are not going
to be able to view these Postscript files.

The problem is almost certainly not the level of the Postscript: it is
almost certainly the Outlook Express or a missing Postscript viewer.
