flexfax: Problems receiving faxes

Hello.
I need help.

I have a Hylafax server v4.0pl2-3 over Red Hat 5.2 on a Pentium PC with
two Multitech MT2834ZDXI modems (the spanish version of the MT2834ZDX).
I have been sending faxes for one year without problems, but now, i'm
trying to use it for receiving. With some faxes i got an error at the
end of fax. I have tried to correct it applying the recomendations in
http://www.hylafax.org/Modems/multitech-2834.php  but the error is
still appearing.
