flexfax: FIFO: device not configured.

Hi there,

I'm tring to configure mail2fax gateway on FreeBSD 3.0 using hylafax-v4-0p12
but
I get following error:

451 "| /usr/local/bin/faxmail -p 12 -n -d 12"... diff.org: Name server timeout
faxmail: 460 Failed to submit job 598: Unable to open scheduler FIFO: Device
not configured..
554 "| /usr/local/bin/faxmail -p 12 -n -d 12"... unknown mailer error 255


I've seen in the source code that in FIFO.c++ there is a #ifdef FIFOSELECTBUG.
Someone know if this constant has to be defined for this FreeBSD version?

Are there more suggestions?
