faxmail attachment problem

Hi,

Is anybody solved the scaling down problem of the
postscript,if it is sent through e-mail as an
attachment.And also is it possible to sent fax/tiff
documents as an attachment in e-mail.I am getting
an error that it's is discarding the image file
