flexfax: turn on/off Fax receive

My solution:

Set 
RingsBeforeAnswer:      0

and if the phone rings and you know it is a fax machine calling, type

faxanswer ttyS1  (or wherever your modem is connected to)

Make sure that the user has write permissions to FIFO.ttyS1 in the fax
directory (/var/spool/fax).
