Re: Multi-Tech MT3334ZDX modem question

<x-rich>Hi Alan,

I had exactly the same problem and spent days trying to solve it. I am new
to hylafax and new to linux so this was no mean feat. I can now fax out
(using faxmodem). I have tested it with a couple different fax machines,
but it is not in a production environment. I have attached my config.ttyS1
file. I use HylaFAX 4.1, with Red Hat Linux 6.0 and MT3334ZDX modem.

As an aside, I have to buy a few more modems and was wondering what modems
experienced users would suggest as "almost guaranteed to work" with
Hylafax...I know the FAQ lists compatible modems, just looking for some
personal recommendations.

cheers,

Jeff Jones
