flexfax: Unspecified Transmit Phase B error (code 20)

Hi folks !!

My conf:

Solaris 2.5.1
Hylafax V4.0 pl1
MultiTech MT 1432 BG

this morning we found out the following problem sending a fax:

MODEM protocol botch, can not parse "" 
Unspecified Transmit Phase B error (code 20)

can anybody tell me what that can be
(I guess its like always, the modem does not correctly talk to the
 other end ??)
