The machine I am trying to fax to does have the password enabled and there is not a chance of changing that because of where this machine is located and the types of documents it gets, (before you consider it, it is not an option). We can use our office fax machines and fax to that particular location without any problems, but not one succesful fax from my system. I have installed Hylafax v4.0pl1 in a 4100 Alpha Digital Server running Digital Unix 4.01D, I am using 2 MT2834ZDX modems. At first I thought they had an old fax machine , but that is not the case, I wonder if this is a problem that should be taken a look at? This is pretty much the only problem I have unsolved, and of course is to the fax machine of one of our top customers. I have run out of ideas and any help would be appreciated. I have been running the fax server for over two weeks now and have gotten great results. Thanks for a great product! Marcelo Barth Allscripts Inc. 847-680-3515 x 203 Marcelo.Barth@allscripts.com
