flexfax: Dialtest

Hi all, i am a compleat newbie to Hylafax and quite new to unix. I hope
this is the right place to ask for information about the Hylafax program. I
am testing our dialrules with the program Dialtest, and acording to MAN
dialtest should prompt for a phone number when executed. But it doesn't
seem to do so.
I only get USAGE:.

I guess that this is a trivial question, so sorry for that.
