Any site that permits third party relay these days is going to be dragged to its knees, sooner or later, by being used to launder a spammer's identity. First you will find that all your bandwidth is taken up relaying the spam, then you will get overwhelmed by the complaints from those receiving the spam - some of those complaints may well go to your ISP.
