Hi,
AFAIK pagemaker can generate Postscript. Also you can use a postscript
printerdriver for generating Postscript. WHFC uses the HylaFAX=20
coverpage, so have a look in the HylaFAX FAQ. There are a some utilities
described for generating coer pages.

Probably you have forgot to make the share public ? An entry in our
smb.conf looks like :
[recvq]
comment =3D Fax Receive Queues
browsable =3D yes
path =3D /var/spool/fax/recvq
public =3D yes
writable =3D no =20
