Hi all, sorry for this question...i found exactly this question in the mailing-list archive but no further message (i.e. Answer) in this thread. So i suggest the answer was given via Email and so i have to ask the question agein. Sorry again! The story: ---------- I use hylafax 4.0pl2 with Suse Linux 6.0 and Susefax under Win95/98 as the clients. All works fine. I receive the status of the hylafax server in the susefax client. And if i send a fax (an existing .ps file or a self-printed document through the Windows-Applewriter printerdriver) i can pick my number and send the fax. The job appears immediately in the send-queue. BUT!! there are always 0:0 pages. The same if i ask the faxstat-program (faxstat -srv). The job is in the queue but with 0:0 pages. And the modem never dials to send the fax out. The system log says: faxqueuer: SUBMIT JOB x (where x is the jobnumber) but nothing will be submitted. My documentfile is located in the docq-dir in .ps-format, and there is text/Pages in. First i suggest that im missing ghostscript to convert the .ps to g3 (or whatever) but if i say "gs" on the commandline...there is an answer from ghostscript. So what do i wrong? What do i further need? What can i look for to proof that all is installed and works fine to find out where the problem is located. Please help. Any hint appreciated. Thx. in advance to all!
