flexfax: How to create an Coverpage for hylafax (a simple way) ?

Hi,

i like to create an Coverpage for use with Hylafax.

The Suse Linux dist. contains an latex sample.

But ... latex isn´t my text-programm.

 

Does anybody have found a simple way of creating

such an coverpage with all the variable Text (Number of Sheets, and so on).

 

Please help me.
