privileges problem

Hi, today I installed Hylafax 4.0pl2 using gcc 2.7.2.3 under SuSE Linux 6.1 with kernel 2.2.5. When calling 'faxstat' it says: zebulon:~ # faxstat Login failed: 550 Cannot set privileges. or zebulon:~ # faxstat -v Trying localhost (127.0.0.1) at port 4559... Connected to localhost. 220 zebulon.mayn.de server (HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.0pl2) ready. -> USER root 550 Cannot set privileges. Login failed: 550 Cannot set privileges. I read the HylaFAQ but can't figure out how I can fix this. TIA -- Linus
