flexfax: dialrules

I need to do the following with my dialrules:

1) strip out "(" and )"
2) add a "1" before the area code if "1" is not already present  (only if
the area code is not equal to my local area code)
3) strip out my local area code if it is there

Anyone have an an idea how to do this?
