flexfax: Problem with EOP from remote

My configuration is Hylafax v4.0pl1 running under Solaris 2.5.1 
                    3 x Modem Multitech MT 1432 BG with a 1.11 firmware

The Hylafax Software is running stable and fine. We are sending about
5000 to 10000 fax every month, the error rate is beow 1 percent.

There is one thing, i cannot explain to one of our customers
receiving our faxes.
The customer uses a PC with ISDN-card and a software to receive faxes.

When we send a fax to his PC the tracelog produces the following output:

As far as I understand the sessionlog, the communication and
transmission is
ok, except for the remote "Modem" not to acknowledge the receipt of the
page.

Has anybody an idea, how this can be fixed ??
(sending page by hand is no problem)
