flexfax: Cover Page Problems (fwd)

I'm not getting results from some of the command line switches for
sendfax. 

-c, -x and -y.  Has anyone had success getting values on the cover page
with these switches?

Also, when I use -f like -f"Ken Berland <ken>" and -D, I get mail from the
event, but on the coverpage the value is "ken" not "Ken Berland."

Any help would be cool.
