flexfax: Half Lines

Thanks to those who helped me get hylafax installed.

It is installed now, but when I send a fax all of the lines are getting 
cut in half(horizontally). On the cover page and the document.

Seems like I saw another post on this a few days back.  Is there 
an archive somewhere?
