In the absence of any evidence to the contrary I'd assume that it was out
of paper or had a misfeed!

By the way, your mail program is sending the following incompatible
headers:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

ISO-8859-1 requires an 8 bit path.  It should have used US-ASCII for
this message.
