flexfax: WHFC 1.0.4 released

Hi,

i have released WHFC 1.0.4. It fixes a smaller bug in the  
phonebook definition dialog.

The most importand change is, that this new version is linked
statically against the Microsoft Libraries. So this version doesn't
need to replace importand windows dll's. This leads to a cleaner 
install and lowers the chances of breaking a system.

Hopefully this solves also a lot of other dll problems specially under
Windows 95 / 98.
